Barkley relaunched Hershey's Take5 Bar as the ultimate REMIX and introduced a new generation to the bar via remixed experiences. Enter our spokesman, Nick Kroll, an avid fan from years before. In fact, his Instagram handle described him simply as "I like Take5's." Barkley released this video with Kroll cleverly on the inside of the sponsorship joke. His passion inspired the film we directed and edited.
"Can't Believe" is aptly named. For this cozy DQ holiday commercial, we looked to After Effects to turn a film that was shot on a record hot Los Angeles day, into the beautiful snow-covered forest. Barkley Films turned browning, dehydrated trees into a seemingly picturesque winter forest, digitally covered the ground in frost and changed the color of the sky and sun. It was a Christmas Miracle.

All we read were the words 'weird' and 'alpaca' and we were in. After that, we read the script and crafted this quirky commercial for H&R Block. Despite our best efforts, we were not able to keep any alpacas, but directing and editing this piece was almost as good...almost.
